Kitty raw edge appliqué

This was my first time using fused batiks, with the edges stitched  down with the longarm.    I loved the appliqué!   My stitching/quilting...not my best but cute.   Made for my musician granddaughter.  I will try the technique again though.  The  pattern is called "Maestro...I'm Ready"



I loved the thread and after I buried almost half of one side, I  realized how cute it would have been with  thread  dangling as whiskers
